All information provided by customer is strictly confidential and will not be shared or sold to any other organization.

Sales Policy
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless we have been contacted by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of the receipt of the handbag. You will be given a return authorization number. We will credit your account or return your purchase price if the bag is in resalable condition. If not, we will deduct the cost of repairing the bag and return the balance.

Shipping and Handling
All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer purchasing the merchandise shipped.  Designs by Jayne offers free shipping to customers purchasing 2 or more bags in a single order. We offer United Parcel Service Ground delivery (approximately 5-7 business days), UPS 3 day delivery and UPS 2nd day delivery. Please contact us directly if you would like another shipping method. 

Upon receipt of the package, when opening, please keep all shipping materials until you are sure the bag arrived in good condition. If not, then contact the carrier as the shipment was insured through the shipper. They will want to see the condition of the box and packing materials as well as the bag. As stated under the sales policy, Designs by Jayne must also be contacted by phone or e-mail within 48 hours.

Limited Edition Policy
Because our handbags are one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces of art, Designs by Jayne will do our best to duplicate designs represented on the web site, in a showroom or at any show or retail store. However, availability is subject to prior sale. If in stock, handbag will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. If an item is out of stock, allow 2-4 weeks for production. If an item is no longer available, Designs by Jayne will contact you. 

Care of Handbags
Spot dry cleaning is recommended for all handbags.
